Blockchain transactions are irreversible. All sales of Skull Portraits NFTs are final once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are available.

Irreversibility of Blockchain Transactions

When you purchase a Skull Portraits NFT, the transaction is recorded on the Polygon blockchain. Once confirmed, the transaction cannot be reversed, undone, or cancelled by us or by any other party. This is a fundamental characteristic of blockchain technology.

Pre-Purchase Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have reviewed the artwork, understood the terms of purchase, and verified all transaction details before confirming your purchase. We strongly encourage you to:

• Review the artwork and its description carefully before purchasing.
• Ensure your crypto wallet is correctly configured and funded.
• Verify the transaction amount and details before confirming.
• Ensure you are using the official project smart contract address.

Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and recovery phrase. We are not responsible for any loss of access to your NFT resulting from lost wallet credentials, compromised wallets, or other user-side security failures.
