When you purchase a Skull Portraits NFT, you own the NFT token and a licensed right to display the artwork for personal, non-commercial use.

What You Own

The NFT represents the original digital edition as defined by this project. The blockchain permanently records provenance. Once your transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the NFT will appear in your wallet. Ownership is immediate and permanently recorded.

Licensing

Ownership of a Skull Portraits NFT grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display the artwork. Ownership does not grant any copyright to reproduce or commercially exploit the work.

You may print the artwork for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without express written permission from Satori London Limited.

Resale Rights

You may resell your NFT on compatible marketplaces. Upon resale, the licence to display the artwork transfers to the new owner.

Authenticity

Each NFT is minted from the official project smart contract. The contract address is publicly verifiable on the blockchain. The artwork is securely referenced via blockchain infrastructure, such as IPFS. Ownership remains verifiable independently of this website.
