These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of The Skull Portraits: A Final Gathering website and the purchase of Skull Portraits NFTs. By accessing this website or purchasing an NFT, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Operator

This website and collection are operated by Satori London Limited (Company Registration No. 11922481), Dickens House, Guithavon Street, Witham, Essex, England, CM8 1BJ.

2. NFTs as Digital Collectibles

Skull Portraits NFTs are digital collectibles. They are not financial products, securities, or investments. They should not be purchased with the expectation of profit or financial return.

3. Ownership and Licence

When you purchase a Skull Portraits NFT, you own the NFT token and are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to display the artwork. Ownership does not grant any copyright to reproduce or commercially exploit the work. You may print the artwork for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Purchases

Purchases are currently available in cryptocurrency only. You must have a compatible crypto wallet funded with the required token to complete a transaction. Each NFT is minted from the official project smart contract, and the contract address is publicly verifiable on the blockchain.

5. No Refunds

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. All sales are final once confirmed on the blockchain. See our No Refunds policy for further details.

6. Resale

You may resell your NFT on compatible marketplaces. Upon resale, the licence to display the artwork transfers to the new owner.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and recovery phrase. You must not use this platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, terrorism financing, tax evasion, or sanctions evasion.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, content, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Alexander de Cadenet and Satori London Limited, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and the NFTs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your NFT will maintain any particular value.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satori London Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your purchase of NFTs.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
